Holly’s honey from wild bees! (Large - 1.3kg) Kilner jar

A very special batch of Holly’s honey, harvested from a wild bee colony that I rescued over the summer. They are now tucked up in a hive and will be left completely undisturbed.  They had been living under some hanging tiles in an old cottage for years but needed to be loved due to the house being sold.  I carefully removed the colony along with as much comb as I could salvage and have set them up in a hive in the garden.  I have decided to not intervene with this colony at all, since they have been successfully surviving on their own for years they seem like a perfect colony to have help the natural population rebuild! 

based on this I will also not be taking any honey from them in the future so this truly is a one time only chance to try some wild bee honey!
